A special highlight for families and animal lovers: we are happy to give you insights into our farm life. On our farm, we have cows, chickens, rabbits, and cats – and by arrangement, your pets are also warmly welcome.

Our spacious Apartment Tritsch adapts flexibly to the number of guests you have:
- For bookings of 2-4 guests, you will have access to 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- For bookings of 5-7 guests, enjoy the comfort of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
With a living space of 60 to 75 m², depending on the option you choose, you can expect either 2 or 3 modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet, as well as a fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven and dishwasher.
The south-facing balcony with seating invites you to relax and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountain landscape. Additional amenities include cable TV, radio, and complimentary Wi-Fi – everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Apartment Rossfall

Our Apartment Rossfall is perfectly suited for 4 guests. Spanning a generous 60 m², it features two cozy double bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and toilet. The bright, inviting living area beckons you to relax on the pull-out couch. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find amenities such as a microwave and a dishwasher.
Enjoy sunny hours on the south-facing balcony with seating, taking in the breathtaking mountain views. Additional amenities include cable TV, radio, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Apartment Rendl

NEW Winter 2025/26!!!
In the summer of 2025, our Rendl Apartment on the second floor was extensively and completely renovated. The roof was newly insulated, walls were repositioned, and the layout was modernized. In addition, new windows were installed, all water pipes were replaced, a new floor was laid, and numerous further improvements were carried out.
The result is a spacious, light-filled living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table for up to seven guests, and a cozy TV corner with a comfortable sofa and bean bags.
The first bedroom features a double bed and a single bed, accommodating up to three guests, while the second bedroom is equipped with a double bed for two guests. All beds are high-quality box-spring beds, ensuring maximum sleeping comfort. Each bedroom also offers a TV and ample storage space.
The modern bathroom includes a double washbasin, a towel warmer, a toilet, and a spacious shower. The apartment is furnished in a charming alpine style – carefully selected furniture, tasteful decorations, and numerous wooden elements create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in which to relax and feel at home.
Flexible Layout depending on group size:
- Booking for 2-5 guests: 2 Bedrooms and 1 bathroom (80m²)
- Booking for 6-7 guests: 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (95m²)
